The most uncomfortable business class seat ever. Come on Thai. It's close to 11 hours from BKK to AKLD. The old style business class seat which leaves your feet dangling isn't good enough. Your movie selection, food & service could also do with a spruce up. I plan to avoid your planes if possible in the future. EDITORS COMMENT: I think you will be more than impressed with the new business class though - it's excellent!
