Air India review by Sakshi 2016-06-15

My friend was travelling alone on 10.6.16 in air india flight and she is pregnant. Even after asking for help from the ground staff to help her with the handbaggage as she is not able to carry it because of obviosus reasons that she is expecting, however they clearly said "NO" to her, 'No mam we cannot provide you with any helping facility'. Later when she boarded the flight she asked one of the crew members to help her put the hand baggage in the upper section, the crew memeber also said "NO". Absolutely pathetic ,insensitive ,least helpfull staff. Definately not expected this behaviour. I mean who does that to someone actually in need. Disgusting..!!!!
