I have only just found the website, so this review is a few months old, but the long haul Trans-Atlantic flight was one of the worst flying experiences. In fact a lot of the bad experiences have been courtesy of KLM, including being kicked off three flights in twelve months for overbooking, dirty planes, entertainment systems and seats that don't work, couple that with staff who don't care and you can see why I am no longer a Platinum member and avoid KLM wherever possible.
