Singapore Airlines review by Richard 2015-09-26

I have travelled Singapore airlines three times now in Economy over the past several months. I have found that it is pot luck whether the customer service is friendly and efficient or rude and officious. It's the only airline I have experienced (and I have experienced a lot of them) where I get the feeling that the cabin staff are looking down their nose at the economy class passengers. I have decided not to fly with them again for this reason.
