have been trying my luck to change the name of ticket, which I booked in my name in error and no one is helping. dont know where to go. no refund nothing. no human being there to talk to and request been declined by system generated email. EDITORS COMMENT: You are best to use AirAsia's live chat which you can find on their website. There will be fees involved though to change the name.
