I was diagnosed with a medical condition that inhibited me from flying, I then applied for a compassionate request explaining my condition and providing all the necessary documentations such as medical certificate, letter from my doctor detailing my condition and my inability to fly due to this condition and even after this ordeal they still denied my request. No compassion what so ever. On top of this they had terrible communication skills and took much too long to reply to my many requests after filling out these "e-forms" numerous times! Absolutely ridiculous! .
