Austrian Airlines review by Judy 2014-08-04

Bangkok to Vienna. 777 Tyrolean. Departure at 11.55 pm scheduled.Aircraft had mechanical problems. Kept at airport till 4.30 am before they announced that the aircraft could not be repaired and we would have to fly possibly to Frankfurt on the noon flight. Had 2 hours in the airport hotel. Organisation was chaotic both at the airport and then at the hotel where they would not /could not tell where we were going. We went back to the airport on our own and got on the Frankfurt flight. Total incompetence.
