The planes are normally dirty and staff is very unprofessional. I go out of my way to tell people what a terrible airline they are. Set aside the economic value it is a terrible experience all around. Starting from the moment you go to the counter and check your bag until you get off. Spend the extra $50 or$100 and fly with someone (anyone) else.
