The service is horrible, the food is horrible and the customer service is beyond horrible. I have flown to Europe, South America, Mexico and several flights within the United States. I am a seasoned traveler and understand about possible bad foods, delays, and tensions that are caused with tired travelers, but I have never experienced such a bad experience and will never even think of flying this airline again no matter what a good price it may be.
