I've experienced an enormous delay that Norwegian had on the 4th of July 2016 at the Gardermoen Airport. I was flying home to Katowice(Poland) after 3 days at the conference in Oslo. My schedule flight DY536 was expected to depart at 15:35 on Monday the 4th of July from Gardermoen to Stavanger and from there I meant to catch the connecting flight home at 18:50 to Katowice operated by Wizzair. Unfortunately the original flight from Gardermoen was delayed- first by the an hour and then more than 2. It all ended up that I missed my connecting flight from Stavanger to Katowice that day. While at Gardermoen I went to Norwegian Airline counter to seek some help to get home on time. But unfortunately the message I have received was that there is nothing the airlines can do as having some technical problems. Apparently it wasn't the only day when problems occurred as many people complained about having difficulties for last couple of days with Norwegian flights being delayed or canceled. So my journey ended up being stuck in Stavanger over night, paying a lot of money for the hotel and getting home 1 day later than I meant to. Not to mentioned that I was 6 months pregnant......
