Norweigian Air are absolutely ridiculous!!! Flight from LGW to FLL was delayed by over two hours with no information whatsoever from anyone!! Flight was cold and uncomfortable, food mostly inedible - staff on flight were rude and unhelpful. Submitted a complaint two weeks ago and rang today to check how long i will be waiting to be told their estimated response time is 3 months!!!!!!!!!
