Boeing 737-800. Melbourne to Nadi 2/06/2014 00.30am. Flight was cancelled due to sick crew member - half an hour after it should have taken off! Ground staff handled situation terribly. Had to organise new flights ourselves. Managed to get seats the following morning on Qantas to Sydney. (No problems with this flight). Then back on Fiji Airways to connect on Sydney to Suva. This flight was 4 hours delayed...and Suva is not the best airport to land at in the middle of the night with no awaiting transportation! Our flight home - Melbourne to Nadi was also delayed an hour. Cabin crew were friendly, but that's the only up side. Never again!
