was a lovely experience with air india when travelled on 6feb-16 customer service was very good especially with an air india crew member Ankita Singh, She first deal on baggage counter and gate no 7 .deals with every customer very politely and in professional manner, So i think Air India can still be on track in their customer service with such kind of professional and supportive team members
