We were very disappointed with the flight on Air New Zealand ! The aircraft was very dated and the plane was not clean. We found remnants of food crumbs both on our trays and seats. The screens for the inflight entertainment were small and old. We thought that flying with Air New Zealand, due to its reputation would have been a MUCH more pleasant experience and given the choice we would not fly with them again. Very disappointing!
