I will never fly Spirit Airlines again, not only did they delay the flight several times in a day but when they cancelled the flight I wasn't notified and when I was told, at that point it was too late because I was already at the airport. I tried to then reschedule my flight but was told I couldn't get a flight until two days later. The customer service was very rude over the phone and when I asked them to accommodate me for a hotel I was told I couldn't do it over the phone and that I should have stayed at the airport and could have possibly be set up in a hotel (it was probably 150 people in the line, all the people on flight 734 to Detroit that got cancelled). For this reason, I asked them to refund my money and that I'll never fly with them again. As a business owner they should break their backs to accommodate their clients but clearly Spirit doesn't care and that's fine by me because I definitely can find other airlines to give my money to because you (Spirit) aren't the only airline. Signed an ex customer! :(
