Malaysia Airlines review by Ron 2016-04-28

Just flew Kuala Lumpur-Bangkok return with Malaysiaairlines. Found out 3 things. 1. Many times cheaper to book and pay as it costs more if you use your points. 2. The meals in economy are atrocious. 3. No more wine in economy. Another cost saving measure. Also on the way to Bangkok headsets were on the seat and the system on On the way back. No headsets on seat. Even if you had your own the system was not turned for 34 minutes after leaving the gate and headsets were collected 31 minutes before arriving at the gate. Do not know why the CEO is leaving but with staff like this it is enough to make anyone give up.
