Aer Lingus review by PATRICIA 2016-02-18

Chose Aer Lingus because of option to go through USA immigration in Dublin. That was efficient, friendly and trouble free but I think other things we had to sacrifice. We had to pay for drinks and the food was poor (obviously they want flyers to pay for the updated meal). Nothing on regional flight unless you pay. Cannot understand this as they do not market themselves as a budget airline. On Orlando to Dublin flight the cabin announcement said we'd get dinner then a snack 1 hour before landing. We never got the snack. In frequency of regional flights out of Dublin to Newcastle necessitated a 7.5 hour wait on journey home. Prices however were competitive and cabin staff seemed friendly enough.
