Do you want to experience 6 Star Travel in Economy Class? Then, you're in luck. Singapore Airlines "Trumps" all the rest in every category. Pardon the pun. I recently had the great privilege of travelling from Amsterdam, Holland to Singapore on Singapore Airlines, and what an experience it was. From the moment I arrived at the airline's check-in counter I was overwhelmed by the friendliness and willingness of the staff to assist me in my hour of need. I had torn my Achillies Tendon whilst rock climbing, and was in a surgical boot to help mend the torn tendon and ease the pain somewhat. I must admit that; at first I was a bit dubious about receiving any special consideration; because I did not speak a word of Dutch and was not accustomed to receiving anything but than less than ordinary service from other airlines. Unlike other airlines I've travelled with; who run their business lean and mean; this airline was well prepared for any and all contingencies. There was no shortage of staff here. Two staff initially attended to me pushing me wherever I needed to go in a well appointed wheelchair.
