Was on a business trip from Philadelphia to Jackson, Mississippi. Ended up taking two days... and overnight stay... and moving to another airline to get to my destination. Service lines were long... attitudes were short.... and it was an overall BAD experience. This type of poor service can only be the result of BAD LEADERSHIP at the top! I will avoid United for sure!
