United Airlines review by Carla

Yesterday we were told that we could change our flights to an earlier flight with a $75 fee per person— which we were willing to pay. We arrived at 5 am to be told that no we can’t because we have economy tickets (which cost $330 each between Newark and Dallas). We will never fly United again. Very poor value for the money and poor customer service. If the representatives don't give the correct information about a simple question like that? What else will we be told incorrectly?
