Air New Zealand review by Des 2015-05-01

Bombardier Q300 Wellington to Napier. It was a full cabin. The air hostess was absolutely brilliant, courteous and extremely helpful going the extra mile to be of assistance. I weigh in at 170kgs. With plane full I knew it was going to be a tight fit. Without prompting she approached us and offered a solution. Outstanding. She was also very helpful to a distressful mother and young baby who was crying pre flight. She was able to calm the child. Her presence in the cabin was reassuring, confident and always carried an infectious smile. Thank you AirNZ. Thank you our hostess.
