Flew Premium Economy Singapore to Johannesburg SQ478 on April 14. Very disappointed, not a patch on Air NZ Premium Economy. Service was dreadful, no smiles, didn't seem to care we didn't touch our food which was beyond awful or drink our tea - which was weak to point of undrinkable. Reclining seat in front crowded you, felt like Economy. Sharing tolilets with economy cabin. Dreading flight home. Not worth extra money. Staff need lesson in being friendly and attentive. As for food, worst I have had on any flight in any cabin. Will not take Singapore Airlines again.
