Terrible. Check in at Barcelona airport was chaos - passengers had to check in using machines only, prin ttheir own boarding passes and baggage tags. This alone wouldn't have been so bad, but the machines didn't speak Spanish - so anyone who didn't speak one of the languages they did speak was guaranteed to have problems. Bag drop was also self service (severe staffing problem), and the machines didn't work properly. Our hold baggage weighed half a kilo more than the permitted 20k (altho hand luggages was well under the permitted 10k), we were forced to take something out of the case. We remove a pair of shoes, and immediately the same machine saisd that the case now weighed 18k. We were told that this was a proble , they wern't accurate, and the staff couldn't override, even when the excess was half a kilo. Another passenger was told 'you pay' in no uncertain terms, but the probelm was probably linguistic rather than rudeness. Teh flight attendents all appeared to be Spanish, but all announcements (except the final one) were made in English only. We only discovered at the end of the flight that free wifi was available. A mess, choose another low cost carrier.
