Air Canada review by Lauren 2016-01-21

If i could give Air Canada half a star, I would. They're are consistently less than friendly both on the phone, and in person at the airport. After paying the additional fee for my pet, I was put on standby over the holidays. The airline is very inflexible with everything from changing flight times, to using a credit card that is not in your name. As a frequent traveller, I find the cabin crew is less the cordial, and do NOT go above and beyond. Although sometimes the flights are moderately cheaper, and do have free movies, it's worth the extra dollar to fly Westjet.
