Jetstar review by Jack 2015-11-14

Hands down the most useless airline in every aspect I ever experienced. They change flight times every time without notifying passengers way or another, their website doesn't get updated to match changes and getting through to them by phone is impossible. I booked flights from Helsinki to Perth via Singapore and unfortunately flights between Singapore and Perth was handled by this useless and unreliable jetstar. I will NEVER, EVER USE THEM AGAIN AT ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. By advice to all passengers: AVOID LIKE RASH!
