I flew from LA to Moscow and back. The entire experience wasa absolutely unacceptable. I have not seen such rude staff, trashy food, unorganized flight, and poor comfort on any flight. From flight delays to losing my luggage to no Rep available to talk to..... They are absolutely HORRIBLE.
