My experience with them was negative.Flew from Bru to NBO and flight was late to depart, in flight entertainment did not work, numerous requests to different cabin crew were not responded to and ended up flying over 8 hours with nothing to watch, I did not like that.The food was great but on arrival my baggage was lost and it took 4 days to get it after numerous mis communication from the airline staff.I have not flown Brussels Air since then and will not be doing so anytime soon.
