1. Horrible cranky flight attendants 2. Due to a slight plane delay and unfamiliarity with the rather large airport I was flying from, I was 5 minutes off from the 45 minute to board period that I was given even though I confirmed my ticket 24 hours before. I was not allowed to board the plane. Staff rude about it. And since the plane I rescheduled for was delayed, the plane I came back on was delayed, a year later the plane I was scheduled to board was delayed and after 7 hours in the airport it was cancelled. I'm sure that they could have still let me on the plane. 3. Plane cancelled. 2 days until next flight. Only planned to be in caribbean for 4 days. Just wanted a reasonable ticket back home in order similar to what I originally planned on paying. Nope. 4. The people on the phone are useless. All they can do is book a ticket then tell you to fill out a claim, and usually hang up on you. 5. Submit a claim you'll never hear anything back. 6. Plane super cramped and uncomfortable FYI I'm 5'2 and right at 100 IBs 7. Told to buy a plane ticket $360 more and to just submit a claim online. I knew that I wouldn't get compensated, so I cancelled the trip.
