Lion Air review by SIMON 2015-08-27

I booked a flight from bangkok DMK to Chian Mai, i did the booking 3 weeks before departing date i had the option for promo tickets anfd this was cheaper then traveling with the train 1450 baht round trip! There was no delay and the boeing 737-900er was brand new! So i booked also a round trip from Bangkok DMK to Surat Thani the flight to Surat Thani went also smooth however when i want to change my flight back to Bangkok DMK to a later time (same day 4 hours later becouse of the connection) this was only possible when i pay a charge of 1050baht per person!!! This was more then the actual price for a ticket to Bangkok DMK!!! And when i want to cancel to hole flight back to Bangkok DMK i get only a refund of 50baht per person :s this was 8 days before departure date!!! What i did i cancel the flight and booked the flight back with Air Asia, so that was my only bad experience with thai lion air! I lost around 1900baht (2person)
