SAS review by Barbara 2015-06-19

We booked our seats almost a year ago and had assigned seats. We had 2 aisle seats and a window. When we got to the airport they had split our family of 3 into 3 center seats, none of them together. When we asked why we were told that someone came later and paid more so they got our seats. No one ever told us this could happen. This was an 11 hour transatlantic flight. Never ever will we fly them again. Epuipment is old and often doesn't work. Makes you nervous about what else might not work.
