Worst customer service ever. Flying out of Jacksonville and my flight was delayed due to an unforseen issue at the connecting airport. 30 mins later, the entire flight is cancelled. One customer service rep (Kayla W.) was very friendly and helpful the whole time, doing her best to do what she can to help. Due to the amount of people on the flight, they had another rep, Christopher, attempt to "help". Besides making it clearly that he hates his job, he also made it very obvious that all the customers were a burden and made zero attempt to do anything other than say "nope". Asked if United would be covering our hotel stay (since it would be less than 10 hours) "nope". Could I be rebooked for a flight from a different airline, "yeah, if you buy a ticket". No wonder this airline is constantly in the news for one issue after another. Will never fly United again!
