The absolute worst. As one minor example, in one itinerary we had 3 canceled or delayed flights, including one that was cxled 2 days in advance! With that much advance notice, there is no excuse - you can't blame weather, mechanical issues etc - you essentially have no intention of even attempting to make good on the commitment that you have made to customers who purchased tickets from you. Oh, and do not get me started on what happens when you contact their service people to get help. It's torture. Furthermore, when you purchase through Expedia your payment goes directly to Aeromexico - that means that when you call them for help they point at Expedia and refuse to serve you. Meanwhile, Expedia can't help either because... they never even touched your money - it went directly to Aeromexico. A dysfunctional and pathetic finger-pointing circle.
