I flew Air China round trip from US to Philippines. I arrived at the airport 2.5 hours early for my flight to find 15 people standing at the check in counter because the flight had taken off 3 hours early and none of us were informed. NO EMAIL, NOTHING! Their response was "sorry it's not our fault but we will not charge you a penalty for missing the flight". Are you kidding me!? What kind of service is this? This is the worst experience I have had with an airline and I travel 10 months out of the year! They could not even tell me when my next flight was going to be. I am now stranded in a foreign country. Horrible service experience! #airchina #disappointed
