Iberia and Iberia Express review by Ruska 2015-11-22

Don't ever fly with this company. I booked a ticket for Cuba and had to change the dates because of some personal matter. The ticket first wasn't changed but it was charged, as they said, because of the error in the sistem. I called customer service 10 times and all I got was the answer "We can't do nothing about it". After both me and my friend called several times they said they will give the refound for both the ticket and the changing dates but few months later I haven't recived a cent from them. Charging me without my permission is nothing but a robbery! The worst company ever!! If I to rate this properly it would be -10!
