Air Canada is one of the worst Airline I had ever fly. In my case Air Canada has fail make reservation to my final destination with Air China on flight from Beijing to Guangzhou and I got stack on Beijing with no flight to my final destination. The Customer service is even worst, there is no help or any assistance. Put simply you on you own, they brushing you off. I try to conform if there is reservation on flight back they give you run around, contact other departments, such as ticket reservation. My advice fly with other airlines, if you want have save and pleasant flight and flight to you final destination. Air Canada will not provide you such service
