My flight from Belize to Atlanta was insane. I had purchased tickets round trip from Atlanta to Belize and back. A ticket for myself and my infant of 3 months old. When purchasing my tickets I had read I would have to pay so I put in that it would be infant on lap and myself. I flew to Belize without having to pay for my infant. On my returning I got to the Belize city airport, Belize, and I was informed I could not fly due to not having a ticket for my baby. I explained to them that I had tried and every time I put it in it said free of charge for the infant. I told her I was willing to buy a ticket for my baby to which she responded that I couldn't due to the fact that I was too late. I arrived at the airport an hour and 55 minutes before my flight. She told me that I was too be there 2 hours before my flight and since I was late I couldn't fly but she could rebook me for the next flight the next day but I would have to buy 2 whole tickets for that day because mine had to be cancelled. She was extremely rude and very unhelpful. I had to be back home for work the next day so that didn't really work but I also had to pay for 3 tickets because I was misinformed. Never again will I.
