Never again! Was booked to fly back to Melbourne on Dec 29 from Cairns. Received an SMS while I was driving to the airport, 2 hrs before departure. I had already checked in online. Got to the airport, returned the rental car, and found out flight had been rescheduled for 10.20 pm!!!! As one of us had to work the next day, we flew back with Virgin Australia, paying another $700+ for the 3 of us, assuming we get the refund from Jetstar. Jetstar's reason for the reschedule "Operational Requirements". What did they mean? They could not even admit there was technical faults with their plane
