Economy Class
Overall good experience with staff and crew at Southwest. They helped us take our elderly and sick father on one last vacation. Coming home we got delayed flying into Baltimore and the baggage desk there was TERRIBLE. They were incredibly slow, Kept us waiting without explanation and Tiana was downright hostile to us about our luggage. Angry people shouldn't be working in customer service areas. Shame on you Southwest!
