Air France is the worst airline ever which is not taking any responsibility for their mistakes. We wanted to take my dog with us on our way from Prague to Vancouver. Before we bought the tickets, we called to Air France and ask about all information we need to know, also if there is enough time between flight we choose. Air France employee told us that everything is ok, we can buy the tickets and then just call and reserve the spot for the dog. So we bought the tickets and call for reservation. Surprisingly we couldn't book the spot for the dog, because time between flights is 5 minutes shorter then we apparently need. Air France employee gave us wrong information and don't want to take responsibility for it. Our only option is pay for changing the flight- that means pay for mistake that Air France did. They asked for another thousand dollars per person-only "help" what the offered us for mistake that they DID. When we asked them to listen the call they denied that we never made the call. A suggested that I could pull out call records so they can see- they did not want to do that, because they know they made a fault.
