Malaysia Airlines review by Diana 2014-09-06

Flight london to Auckland , economy. First flight (london to KL) was likely an airbus, fairly comfortable flight, entertainment was good, food was (vege) could not eat any of it, was terrible. crew were uninterested and some quite rude. Second flight (KL to Auckland) older smaller plane, whole flight very noisy, uncomfortable and bumpy all the time, entertainment system was old and didn't work most of the time, food was terrible, still makes me feel ill when I think about it. Even the bread roll, which was the highlight of the previous flights meal was rock hard. Plane was rundown, ripped seats etc. positives .. Few empty seats so could move to a seat with spare seat next to it.
