The main complaint is that the cabin temp was set abnormally high- - we sweltered for most of the trip - the hostie was asked if it could be lowered,her reply was this happens when its fully laden,but gets better in flight - -not noticeably!! Why was the cabin temp not altered by the flight deck (1st officer)?? A very poor experience!! flgt: nz 8030 Auck to Bhe dept 1855 (delayed that's ok) 26th march 2017. You cant operate like this in nz as you will always be in 3rd place behind Qantas and Emarites.
