I was supposed to fly air france the other day from israel to america with my baby and sister in law. The flight was overbooked. I had an amazing manager named meirav taking care of us to make sure we were happy. She put us on a direct flight instead and compensated us all the way for any trouble... she kept her cool the entire time even though plans kept on changing. The most amazing part was that even though she was busy running around doing her job, we felt we were the only care she had in the world for those few hours until she got us safely and confortably on a new flight. I am so impressed with the wonderful costumer service. Thank you meirav and air france.
