I've been a regular Ryanir customer for several years, mostly flying to Mallorca, mainland Spain, Poland and Italy - mainly due to price and flight times. I used to hate them for their inflexble attitude to cabin luggage weight/size. I dubbed their staff the "Ryanair Taliban", although they were obviously carrying out management orders. In the last year, they have improved immeasurably (and just in time). I haven't quaked in the "Q", expecting to be harrassed for my hand luggage. I've been upgraded to "Prioity Q" free of charge several times. And the Taliban themselves are now far more relaxed, making the flights quite acceptable. You can even get hot food. EDITORS COMMENT: The airline have really put a focus on customer service so its great to hear you have actually noticed the changes. Thanks for sharing with us.
