Economy Class

I traveled from Mexico City to Chicago this past weekend (flight 682). While on the flight my screen tv was not working. It was acting up. I had asked the flight attendant Laura Alcaron at 1900 hours if she could reboot it. She had a very snappy attitude and said it would be awhile. About 30 minutes later at 1930 hours my screen was still frozen and not working. I decided to ask a different flight attendant if she could reboot it. She also had a snappy attitude, and said it would be about an hour to reboot. Once again, I decided to ask a different flight attendant if they could reboot my tv at 2000 hours. Rene Rowe said he would and was the friendliest staff member out of that flight. Unfortunately, at around 2147 hours my screen started acting up and freezing. I was unable to get a hold of any of the flight attendants. I think this airlines needs to train their staff on how to give excellent customer service. As for now I am very disappointed with how I was treated.
