Southwest Airlines review by Ben 2015-07-07

I've flown Southwest from my Midwestern abode to both east and west coasts in the last year. I'm always amazed at how courteous most of the gate agents are. I only had one with a slight attitude which is pretty darn good given the stress of the job. Seat room is decent; not the most comfortable perch ever but it works for a few hours. Free snacks and drinks are very nice too. Once you figure out the boarding process you can usually get a decent seat. Overall, it's a good value and I enjoy flying with Southwest.
