Air New Zealand review by Tim 2014-07-24

We flew Air New Zealand on internal flights in New Zealand. It was the worst experience flying I have ever had. The counter staff was apathetic and did not care in the least. We were flying from Queenstown to Rotorua and instead they made us fly to Auckland and then take a 3 1/2 bus ride from Auckland to Rotorua. They never said sorry once. One woman from New Zealand who also had to make the same trip said that they do this a lot on internal flights as they have no competition and are owned by the goverment so you can't complain to anyone.
