I had booked a domestic flight from Tromso to Oslo, from where I was to fly home. Although SAS did fly that morning on the same route, the Norwegian flight was delayed for almost 8 hours. On arrival in Oslo, we received no assistance. I had to book a hotel for the night and new plane tickets for the following day. I am still waiting to receive a refund for the plane tickets from Norwegian - no compensation offered for the hotel - which does not even bother to reply to email messages. I finally phoned them (overseas call, about 30 minutes) and learned that they are currently dealing with refund requests from October (why do they have so many????) so I shouldn't expect to hear from them in the near future. I am very disappointed by the service provided by this airline and will NEVER fly with them again. I recommend that they be boycotted. Maybe then they will finally catch up with their refunds....
