JetBlue Airways review by valentina 2017-04-14

I have been flying with Jetblue for the passed 4 years and have never once been proved wrong for making this my go to airline. I am 17 and unemployed, so when I missed my flight this morning I thought I stood no chance of flying anywhere. I called jetblue in tears hoping to reschedule my flight and learned of a extra fee. I thought for sure there was no way now I would get to see my mother and brothers, the sole purpose for my trip. Nancy, the kind jetblue representative waived this fee for me so that I could get to my family today. I don't even know her last name but I am so, so greatful to her. I love this airline and it's people, I wish I had some way to repay this kind act to her. Jetblue, give Nancy a raise!
