Philippine Airlines review by mason 2016-09-21

Worst airline I've ever flown with, and I've flown airasia and Ryanair. Flight was delayed so much I missed my connecting flight (I had half an hour they just wouldn't let me on), they assured me the flight would wait then spent 2 hours taking my bags off the plane, AND broke my bag. Do yourself a favour and fly airasia, at least you'll be on time and know you'll be disappointed. Seething at the lack of help from staff on this matter too. Ruined the entire trip, pathetic.
