Flying with Pal A330 from Dubai-Manila on a 9 hours long flight without flight individual entertainment system was so boring, it is now year 2016 and still Pal management is playing deaf and blind when it comes to passengers comfort. what a shame to its management! well the only comfort pal can given to its passengers is with the cabin crew outstanding service on board, and pilots an hour ahead in arrival schedule. its a pity and unfair for its cabin crew if pal management will continue to be deaf and blind and have no intention to upgrade and provide its whole fleet with individual audio and video on demand .
